Discovery's Admission Process

 

New Students:

1. Apply to Discovery International School. 

   • Should all the seats in the school or appropriate class be taken, your child will be placed on the waiting list (if you selected that option on the application). When there is an opening in the appropriate class, the board will determine which applicant is next in line for the opening based on the prioritization schedule documented in our Admissions Policy.

2. Receive an optional invitation to attend a family meeting so we can get to know your family a little bit.

3. Receive an offer of admission.

4. Sign the enrollment contract and pay the non-refundable 1500 kr administration fee that will be deducted from your first month’s tuition bill. 

5. Your child begins their education at Discovery International School!

Returning Students: 

​

1. ​​Sign a new enrollment contract for the next academic year and pay a non-refundable deposit fee of 1500 kr by February 1st every year. This deposit will be deducted from the first month's tuition bill of the next academic year. 

2. Your child begins the next year of their journey at Discovery.
