If you are a staff member, we believe that you will find employment at Discovery to be empowering and transformational. We believe in continuous improvement in all areas, therefore, developing better methods and solutions, through ongoing reflection, evaluation, analysis, and open communication, are foundational in our dynamic environment.

If you are a parent, we believe you will wear a smile as you watch your child's love of learning foster their growth in many different ways. We welcome and encourage you to be involved in your child's life at Discovery. It is also our hope to build a parent community that draws different cultures together where parents can learn about and from one another.

If you are a student, we can't wait to get to know all about you, your hopes, and your dreams! We believe that you will be inspired every day to be the best you can be. You will find support and encouragement not only from teachers and staff, but from your classmates as well. Each of you is unique and has something different to offer. No two classes will ever be the same, and that is because of who YOU are! We are so excited to see the "light bulbs" turn on in your faces when you "get it" and understand something like you never have before! We hope and pray that you will learn not only how to learn, but how YOU learn best so that you develop a love of learning, become a lifelong learner, and are prepared for your future!
